•On May 29^th, Postini will no longer be used to filter email spam and viruses.  Totel CSI will be upgrading your mail with a new and improved look and functionality. This new update will feature new folders in your webmail, making it easier than ever to manage your junk mail.

•Would you like to receive less paper and get your monthly Totah bill a few days earlier?  Enroll in paperless billing to receive a .pdf version of your bill by email.  To enroll, click on Contact Us and send an e-mail with the subject “Paperless Billing.”  Provide your name, account number and the email address that you would like your bill sent to each month.  You will receive a confirmation phone call to authenticate your CPNI password to complete your enrollment.

•Totel increased our customer's webmail storage in March '13.  Each email account now has 500 Mb of storage, up from the 50 Mb of storage previously provided.

• Beginning January 1, 2013, customers disconnected for non-payment of charges will be required to bring their account balance to $0.00 before service can be restored.  As always, we welcome assisting our customers with payment arrangements.  If you have questions or concerns about your bill, please contact our office at (918) 535-2208.
