The following information may be used when configuring your e-mail client to send and receive e-mail with your TotelCSI account.

POP3 / Incoming Mail Server: mail.totelcsi.net
SMTP / Outgoing Mail Server: mail.totelcsi.net
Username/Password: Enter your username/password
E-Mail Address: yourusername@totelcsi.net

Setting Up Outlook Express:

1. Open Outlook Express.
Click on Tools and select Accounts from the list of options.

2. A new window will appear. Click the Mail tab. From the collection of buttons to the right, click the Add button, and select Mail.

3. A wizard will start. On the first screen, enter the name you would like to show on the "From" field and then click the Next button.

4. The next screen will prompt you for your e-mail address. Enter your TotelCSI e-mail address in the textbox as shown below, and click the Next button.

5. The next screen will prompt you for your e-mail server settings. Set your Incoming Mail server to POP3. Enter your settings for the Incoming and Outgoing mail server, as shown below (see above for correct settings). After entering this information, click Next.

6. The next screen will prompt you for your username and password. Enter the username and password that Totel CSI has provided you. After entering this information, click Next.

7. The last screen will inform you that the wizard has completed and you may begin to use your e-mail account. Click the Finish button to close this screen, and the Close button on the remaining window.

Setting Up Netscape 7:

1. Open Netscape Mail. Click on Edit and select Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings... from the list of options.

2. A new window will appear. Click the Add Account button in the lower-left portion of the screen.

3. A wizard will start. Select Email account from the list of account types and click Next.

4. The next screen will prompt you for Your Name and e-mail address. Enter your name as you would like it displayed when others receive e-mail from you. Then enter your TotelCSI e-mail address in the textbox as shown below, and click the Next button.

5. The next screen will prompt you for your e-mail server settings. Set your Incoming Mail server to POP3. Enter your settings for the Incoming and Outgoing mail server, as shown below (see above for correct settings). After entering this information, click Next.

6. The next screen will prompt you for your username.
Enter the username that Totel CSI has provided you.
After entering this information, click Next.

7. The next screen will prompt you for a name for this account. Enter Totel CSI as shown below and click Next.

8. The last screen will inform you that the wizard has completed and you may begin to use your e-mail account. Click the Finish button to close this screen, and the OK button on the remaining window.
